Does anyone know where I could source these?

They are much thicker that the canes used in the garden - without measuring I would estimate they are about 3 or 4 inches in diameter and about 6 feet high.

I have an old wardrobe made out of these and ,as they are now a bit old I could do with the odd replacement or two since they tend to split with age and are a bit tricky when it comes to screwing them back in when they come loose.

I have asked an odd shop and was told they can't be got in Ireland now (maybe I could grow my own!) but maybe someone on this forum might know differently?

I visited B&Q in Galway and they only had bamboos suitable for gardening? Are you talking about Dublin?(the diameters I am looking for are about 2 inches)

Yes, the ones I have are huge and at least 2" in diameter - the're for decorative purposes in the garden.
Glad you got sorted in the end :)
