My wedding and engagement rings are 18ct yellow gold. At the moment though I'm a bit sick of them and as I am wearing a lot of silver jewellery they don't match.
Can you get them coated to make them white gold? And if so how much would it cost and would it be permanent, or could I get them back to yellow in the future?

No. They are a different mix.

Yellow gold is pure gold with copper and a white metal, silver/nickle

White gold is pure gold mixed with white metal only.

You could get them Rhodium plated which would make them look like White gold, I've gotten that done a few times. Probably cost you about E60. A lot of white gold rings have rhodium plating on them also.

Thanks. How long would that last? And would the gold underneath be ok after?
