Musician required for civil ceremony and drinks reception in Wicklow

    Hi Everyone!

    We are getting married this summer (late July) in Rathnew, Co. Wicklow.

    I am currently researching/emailing musician(s) to play at the ceremony and possibly for an hour at the drinks reception. The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same venue.

    We would like something simple; maybe classical guitar or flute and maybe a harp.

    We are looking for someone that is based locally, as we have been in touch with a few companies that travel nationwide and with travel expenses it is working out too pricey.

    I feel many of the prices we have received are just too expensive.
    (e.g. Ceremony music: 350euro+drinks reception: 450euro)

    In case we cannot find someone within our budget we will just go for an ipod dock set up in the room. Obviously we would prefer live music.

    If anyone knows of someone who would be interested in playing let us know!
