IP PTZ Camera

I am looking for a good IP PTZ External Dome camera that is not going to break the bank. Budget is about 300-600 euro. Good Optical zoom. Anyone have any ideas I have an internal Axis 231D+ which is fantastic but can't justify the 600+ euro to buy the external housing for it !
