Why do head shops sell cannabis seeds while it is illegal to grow/sell them in here in Ireland?

On nights out why do women dress up in short skirts and heels and then call me a pervert for looking at them?

So what if I drool and fondle myself while doing it. I thought this was Ireland, man!

Yeah. It breaks down like this: it's legal to buy it, it's legal to own it, and, if you're the proprietor of a hash bar, it's legal to sell it. It's still illegal to carry it around, but that doesn't really matter 'cause... get a load of this: if you get stopped by the cops in Ireland, it's illegal for them to search you. I mean, that's a right the cops in Ireland don't have. :D

Does bird seed still contain cannabis seeds?

Sorry buddy, but you're woefully misinformed.

Link to specific section of Misuse of Drugs Act which allows for search and seizure.

My bad. It's a direct quote from Pulp Fiction with Ireland instead of Amsterdam. :D

Tell them to mind their own business nicely and ask what law they saw you breaking for them to make contact with you.:)

Mature Cannabis contains tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), illegal...Cabbabis seeds do not, legal..

They don't have to justify their reasonable suspicion (as mentioned in the act) to you, but to a judge. You're not the arbiter of good reason in this case. It's never a good idea to get stroppy with the guards. More trouble than it's worth by far.

Ask your law questions here although IITYWYBMAD is probably right.
