Hey guys, not been on here in ages, and once again come a doozy lol

Am currently studying in Aberdeen, and met a guy I REALLY like.
Initially he was seeing someone, no problems, could deal easy :pac:

Over christmas, there was a breakup, I wasnt surprised personally, for various reasons. So I decided that "OK, I could catch a rebound, but that could be nasty for both of us, and I want to be with him for the right reasons, be the best friend you can be".

I made the mistake of getting TOO involved in trying to help him, and got quite hurt as a result, but we decided we wanted to stay friends and I took some time away - just contact on facebook.

He had said that if I want something, I have to make it happen during this period, and i get the feeling this was a hint looking back.

Now, whats happening just now! Lol, right, now he invited me to meet for coffee on monday, then we back to his for dinner, and we chatted till late, so I slept on couch. I mentioned finally starting to understand the "make what you want happen" comment, and got a big wink. I made tea for him in bed next morning, and got "Tea? in Bed? Brownie Points for you"

Before classes today, we hung about and did some work in students union too.

He is booked to come to mine for dinner tomorrow.

Question: Do I stop reading into things and stop thinking too much and go for it?

    Thanks guys

Thats my instinct, on the one hand he has avoided saying whether he likes me or not, and at the same time, before if i breached the subject, he would have said he wasnt ready for anything, no mention this time, plus:
    • he let me sleep at his on the couch
    • he made me dinner
    • he coming to mine tomorrow
guess i should grow a pair and "make things happen"

Ah well, nothing ventured, nothing gained. You tried, so there's no reason to be down. :)
