I saw briefly in a magazine, Ruth Bradley pictured wearing a red gown to awards, Ive tried googling it to get a picture of the dress to try get something similar but cannot find it.. Anyone see it?

I came across this, but not sure if it is the IFTA's you are referring too. But Ruth Bradley isn't wearing a red dress but there are two other girls who are.

I've done a bit of research and I believe that was at the IFTA's in 2007 - check out the IFTA website:
http://www.ifta.ie/gallery/

Go to the GALLERY section and look for the red carpet 2007 and you will see Ruth in her lovely red dress there on the second page. I hope thats the right one that you are looking for. But it doesn't mention who made it or where she got it!! However I'm sure a good dressmaker could whip a copy up!!:D
