    Receiverships are highly regulated affairs. It's boom time for them at the minute; its the only gig in town - essentially NAMA and insolvency proceedings are keeping the accounting and legal sector going at the minute. It wouldn't be uncommon to find one Accountant getting a number of jobs - its easier for the appointee to keep working with the same guy.

    So no, receivers are not in any way like develops and tbqh its an absurd correlation.

    Btw; FGS are one of the industry leaders in insolvency practice which makes your liking them to developers even more laughable.
