    You needn't worry :D

The old "Transporter" never officially got the name "Bulli" because Kaessbohrer had trademarked it for their Pistenbulli ...this yoke that you know from ski slopes

As far as I'm aware that trademark still stands, so that new contraption won't be badged "Bulli" either

The latest Ford Mustang was really a homage to the 60's one, and it looked great.

That said, the new Dodge Charger looks crap compared to the 60's one.

It was the German nick for the Type2 mk1 but was foolishly passed on to the Bay and then brick. As you say it was never officially badged on any model

Yes, this new contraption is actually badged the Bulli if you watch the video in the link.

that's based on the 2001 concept, nothing much changed.

A lot has changed. The 2001 'Microbus' chassis was based on the transporter for starters, the 'Bulli' looks closer to a Polo.

And the Japs were still able to do it better. :)

Nobody's released anything, it's just a concept car.

You have to look at it as a completely new vehicle - and as it was said - it's not out yet and I doubt it will be in the near future with current market, as it would cost a fortune.

Personally, I like it, it's nice and sleek and could make a nice pick-up too :D
