    Hi,

    in my current employment due to significant buying of additional pension years, I will have 40 years pension service at 65. I also have from previous employment 5.5 years pension service.

    am i limited to the overall max of 40 years or can I have both i.e. is there revenue commissioners limitations

    thanks

    Are you in the public or private service?

    hi

    my current employment is in the public sector - previous employment was in the public sector.

    essentially:

    public sector 1993 to 2016 retire @ 65
    prior to that private sector

    thanks
