MCSE to MCITP

    Hi all,
    Well, it looks like I may have some free time in the next few (6-12) months for which to modernise my MCSE (2003 - formerly 2000) to MCITP.
    It seems I need to pass:
    70-646 and 70-649 for the server administrator
    and
    70-647
    70-649
    70-680
    for the technology specialist.

    Has anyone done these yet? Can anyone recommend books for self study?
    I may have the option of doing a course but it is unlikely ans self study appears the only choice.
