Might be of interest to someone... Not Me lol

"ESPN’s Free Weekend, beginning at 6am on Friday 4th March and running until 6am on Monday 7th March, will make ESPN, ESPN HD, ESPN America and ESPN America HD available to all Sky, Virgin Media and TalkTalk viewers in the UK, and to all UPC and Sky viewers in the republic of Ireland. ESPN’s Free Weekend will allow more than 16.5 million households across the UK and Ireland to access its line-up of live British and international sport."

Virgin Media is delighted to announce ESPN's Open Weekend (4-6 March), an opportunity for ESPN non-subscribers to watch a weekend of great sporting action free of charge.

Over three days, there's a bumper package of live sport featuring Barclays Premier League and Serie A football, Aviva Premiership rugby, a selection of top NBA games and much more, giving you a taster of all the exclusive events you can enjoy on ESPN. Tune in to ESPN (Channel 529), ESPN HD (530) and ESPN America (531) from Friday 4 March for:

    Live Barclays Premier League Football

On Saturday 5 March, the City of Manchester Stadium plays host to Wigan Athletic, as Manchester City continue their quest for a Champions League place and perhaps the chance to topple neighbours Manchester United.

    Serie A Football

See Sampdoria play Cesena live on Sunday morning, and tune in the evening before to catch giants Juventus challenge league leaders AC Milan.

    Aviva Premiership Rugby

Saturday lunchtime features live derby action as Gloucester welcome Bath, then there's more live rugby on Sunday as Northampton Saints visit Exeter.

    Live NBA

Dramatic basketball clashes as Toronto Raptors take on New Jersey Nets on Friday evening, with San Antonio Spurs facing Miami Heat later that night.

And that's just a sample of the range of outstanding sports programming offered by ESPN. The following week, ESPN subscribers old and new can enjoy two exclusive FA Cup Quarter Finals, plus Scottish Premier League and Europa League games – alongside the usual array of great action from the past on ESPN Classic.
