Could someone draw/shop me a picture?

I was wondering if someone with better artistic and/or photoshop skills than me could do me a favour.

My flatmate is scared of butterflies and horses, so if anyone could draw or 'shop me a cross between a butterfly and a horse, that would be deadly.

Not sure how I could repay you for the favour - maybe you could ask another favour in this thread, and myself or someone else could help you out.
