Trouble Booking Accomodation

I'm an incoming first year and naturally I want to book accomodation as early as possible. I've been trying for the last few weeks to do it on the UL website but it's refusing to recognise my details. Is anyone else having this problem?

I was because my name is in the format: Noel O'____ but if I took out the apostrophe and just left it as Noel O _______ it worked so maybe it's something like that for you too?
