123.ie car insurance - massive hike

    28 yr old driving a 1L car... was paying 290e last year, they quoted me 615e when I rang them to renew yesterday... said they have a new underwriter?

    Considering I'm driving since I was 17 as a named driver, full licence since I was 18 and out on my own for 2-3 years now, it seems excessive? No crashes, no claims, no points.

    Any advice on who to go to instead of this lot? Thanks!

    Try easyquote, am 41 and get the best quote off them the last two years.
