    Hi there,
My sister is getting married in registry office in May, and is having it for immediete family only - aprox 20 people.
What she is looking for is a nice restraunt / venue to have after the wedding, just for the 20 people, but doesnt want to just book a standard table in a restraunt.... she would like something a little more special..
Any ideas at all on where would cater for 20 people, or let you book a section etc... private room at the back..... something like that, oh and in the Dublin / Wicklow area.
Any ideas or suggestions at all would be great...

How about Locks Brasserie on the Canal (just up from the Grand Canal registry office actually which might be handy). My friends rented the upstairs room for a birthday party of about 20 people....lovely room / location and good food...might be worth a look!

I posted the other day about how stunning the Anglers Rest was when I was there this weekend. Absolutely gorgeous and Im sure would be great for 20. I will try and upload some pics of the layout later on.

The morrison hotel have a messinee (how do you spell that??) It's lovely because you're in your own private part of the restaurant but yet you're not detached and trying to fill up a large room. I don't know of any other restaurants that have similar setups but I'd recommend that anyway.

La Mere Zou is lovely and would accomodate a private party, its about the right size for those numbers.
