Undelivered Valentine

I live in a large rented house with seven other people. There's been a big turnover of people in the past few years since forever -on our hotpress there are the signatures and heights marked of about fifty or more people, going back to the 70s, and we constantly get mail for people who no longer live here with unfamiliar names (usually unimportant looking junk mail etc).
Last week we got a red envelope for someone with the name and address in handwritten caligraphy -this is uncommon! There is another house on our street with the same number (stupid, i know) so, seeing as it looked like a birthday card or something we strolled down there to see if it was for them, but it was not, so we just kept it on offchance someone would come for it. There's no return address or anything.
Anyway, today I came home and it was opened (don't know who opened it, but they shouldn't have.) Anyway, it's a valentine's card, and I think it's so sad that it's undelivered.
With a name and an address (well, our address..) is there anyway to find the woman/send it her way? I did a very quick facebook and google search but had no luck.
Considering how many people have lived here, our landlord wouldn't know, he's one of those barely there landlords anyway!

Would like her to get it. Of course she also might be (rightly!) pissed off that it's open.
    Any advice welcome either way!

Unless the recipient is on the 1911 census, I'd say you are in the wrong forum... :D
