    I know it's a really popular song and I really should know BUT I can't remember and it's wrecking my head. 20 mins of google didn't shed any light on the subject either.

    Anyone??:confused:

    Someone must know this, it's the song played at the start of the first season episodes and I'm fairly sure it's a well know song, anyone?

    Wasn't it a jazz instrumental over the opening credits? Not well up enough on jazz to say whether it's well known or not. Definitely wasn't "Mr. Blue Sky" though.

    Not confused - it was used in the first series, wasn't the theme though.

    Yeah that song was played a couple of times during episodes but it wasn't in the opening credits.

    They had a more jazzy song with a strong double bass line for the second series but the song they had for the first series is definitely a well known song.

    I've heard the opening song on the radio since and I know it's by a fairly well known band but I just can't remember what it was. Surprisingly it's extremely hard to find using google.

    Actually he said he tried to put up more episodes but they were pulled by Youtube... so he might just be able to send you a copy of one of the episodes..
