I have been waiting to be reinstated into my permenant position with the HSE for over 2 years following a 2 year career break. Has anyone successfully been reinstated in recent times? Am I to assume I have been sacked without notice or redundancy. Any advice as to what to do. The union just seems to be dragging their feet.
