Im working with a company about 6 months now and I am thinking of asking for a review..I think I have proven to them that i will work hard and i am keen to learn...the problem is i dont know how to approach... i dont know whether just saying it to my project surveyor will make any difference or should i talk to my managing surveyor

    Sorry but, Seriously?:D:D
What experience have you? Considering the state of the building trade, unless you know for fact that the money is rolling in, I'd keep quiter than quiet and just be bloody grateful of actually having a job.
    My two cents...

On that basis I'd approach your manager, ie the one you directly answer too. He will inform you if his opinion is the same as yours and if so, he will bring the issue to the man who pays the bills..
This was the way I always approached it and generally, in the good times, it worked.
Happy staff = happy accounts manager
