Waiting period for transferring JSA?

hi; I am on JSA and am thinking of moving back home to Dublin. I know i can transfer my payment by going into my local office in Dublin and asking them to transfer it but does anyone know if that is done automatically or will there be a waiting period? Also, to cancel my rent allowance i presume i have to go into the CWO…

Also, to cancel my rent allowance i presume i have to go into the CWO and explain to him, or is there a way of signing off RA online?
