Temp storing of continuous wear contacts

How do you store continuous wear contact lenses. e.g. want to take them out while swimming, showering? Do you store them the same way as soft lenses?

They should be stored in a clean case with fresh solution with the lid closed tightly - Ask your optician what solution you should use.
