    Hi all,

I have posted a while back about 2 HTC Wildfires that i bought for me and the good lady and had nothing but trouble with her phone and have still not got it fixed. I put in a formal complaint 10 days ago and i am waiting on Eircom to get abck to me about it.

I had the bill pay 30 and she had the bill pay 50. Last Friday i got the 2 bills in and noticed that hers was very high and saw that her plan had been reduced down to the 30 plan which meant half as many minutes and texts. I rang customer care and they said someone in Meteor had down graded my plan but they cant find out who. I was furious because i dont see the point of signing a contract when they can screw me like this.

Meteor siad they would credit my account due to this mistae but to be honest i am sooo p1ssed off with teh last 6 months of heartache i want to do something more about it.

Can i leave meteor without having to pay any penalty? Is there any other way to contact a senior manager rather than email info@meteor.ie becuase i feel thats just a waste of time.

    Rant over

If they changed the terms of your contract without your permission then afaik you can cancel the contract without penalty.
