Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone can help. I rent in an apartment block in which cable tv is supplied by a company called digigate, basically they charge €18 a month for 14 channels, most of which are free to air.
I had not yet subscribed to them and had found out that upc do not provide a service in that area and sky has to be installed by a second company called electroplus and then you must pay sky and digigate. In addition to this we would have to put up a dish which our landlord would not allow.

Basically Digigate are supposed to have been struck off and gone bust however there are people paying them money and not receving signal (this is all according to posts on neighbours.ie) so I am very wary about getting them to supply tv and there seems to be no alternative.

Can anyone help?
