I have Sky + and over the last two weeks the listings on anytime have not updated.

Is anyone else having this problem?

No mine is updating but not adding episodes of Boardwalk Empire as they said they would. Haven't got the last two episodes. Presume you leave the box on overnight?

Is it plugged into a phone line?

Doesn't need to be. Updates via dish

I know that but Sky sometimes uses the phone line to communicate with the box. I know they are trying to push customers to connect phone lines. This might be a new thing for them

Only getting a few shows here - rubbish mostly

I notice on my Anytime, when I press the arrow down button to browse the selection, it says visit sky.com to upgrade to anytime +, when I press backup it lets me browse the shows,

    Sorry if hijacking

Anyone else have a problem where if I want to watch a program in anytime it will show the name but the show will be from Sky1HD and cos I only have Sky1 (not HD) then I cant view it?

also this Anytime+ looks impressive but it must be for UK customers only as you need to have sky broadband......which brings me to another question Why is sky broadband not available in Ireland?

you have to have a hd sub to view it.

(there's a HD tag next to the hd programs.)

    Thanks...Thats the question really...

If i didn't have the HD box then I would be able to watch the program in standard def; but because I have the HD box I cant watch the program in SD cos its not on the list (cos its there in HD) or in HD as I dont have the HD sub..

Iv actually just noticed that the only Anytime shows we have are Sky Movies and one or two Sky Atlantic shows from ages ago.

    Weird.

Had a quick look online and a planner rebuild seems like it might resolve it. Might try it when I get home tonight.

thing is though, if you do a planner rebuild will it wipe anything that is in your planner?

No it won't affect your planner. Just make sure you don't have anything recording when you decide to do it, as that would be affected.

I've just done a planner rebuild so I'll see if anytime does update. It usually adds content over night so I'll know more in the morning.

Quick update. The planner rebuild sorted it out. Six new programmes added to anytime overnight, the first in a couple of weeks. :)
