Eircom - Line Problem

Hiya I have a problem with my broadband line. I am positive it is a problem with the physical line in my house and not at the exchange. My question is I understand from Eircom they do not send people out to fix your physical line problems so are there are any Dublin based electricians etc who can do a good job with this?
