Hey guys,
I noticed a lot of you really badly affected from depression and other mental health disorders. I totally understand this and how painful it is. But I did come across an online site "supportgroups.com" and it is absolutely excellent for offering support and help.

You shouldn't suffer this alone. And to all those suffering in silence, please don't; go to your doctor, you can have a better life, you deserve a better life.
