Awkward Sex

Been seeing this girl for the past few months and she was a virgin. Recently we have started having sex but I find it very awkward to enter her. It is like her body tenses up but at the same time she is totally relaxed. Only way to successfully enter her is when she is one top. Have to say it is a bit of a downer as apart from it I wouldn't change anything about the relationship.

Try using lube for a while. This might just take time to get her (excuse the wording here) "loosened up". Practice makes perfect.

I can second the above advice. Vaginismus is far more common than the attention it gets would suggest.

Thanks for the replies. Not sure if she wants to mention it to her GP but she seemed happy that once she is on top it is all systems go!! I know myself that I love doggy style and the way things currently are that it just ain't happening.
