University/colleage with specific courses

hi,
I'm from Switzerland and studying electrical engineering in my forth semester, I would like to attend at an Irish University (ie I'm planning a semester abroad).
I have visited a plenty of university sites but I hadn't found one Institute that offers courses like my university.

This courses/moduls are
*information and coding theory/digital data transmission
*electromagnetic compatibility
*quality assurance
*Renewable energies

Do you know institutes/universities that offers some of these courses?

I would say DIT would be worth a try. If necessary you could look into taking modules from the following courses:

(This is just an example of two courses that may be relevent, DIT have a large range of courses, you should have a good chance of finding the modules you are looking for there).

UCC has some of that stuff too. I think if you are an Erasmus student you can pick courses outside of what a standard 4th year Elec Eng course would be.

DCU has an Informations and Communications Engineering Course. It includes your first point definitely, possibly 2 and 3 but currently not 4.
