Hi, anyone out there got any info on the studiomaster ph1000x powered mixing desk. Ive read the specs and it seems to suit my needs but cant find any personal reviews on the net and there seems to be alot of people selling them not long after they've bought them??? any particular reason for this??.. also how would this mixer hold up compared to the likes of the dynacord powermate 1000 or the yamaha emx 5016cf??

Would appreciate any feedback at all, thanks..

Studiomaster's and dynacord's are ok. Both are used professionally mainly in the voice/conference and small band market. My personal favorite's are the Mackie desks beautiful to engineer along with SM58's can't be beaten..........:)
Only thing is you have to use a separate amp but this method produces a much nicer sound and a joy to engineer.

It is a copy of the powermate 1000. The dynacord is fantastic, the Powerhouse is a very good copy but not as good, if you are on a budget the powermate is a suitable choice, if you can afford it go for the powermate.
