    If I was too send a cd that I brought here too america well it work over there.

    To be fair, DVDs used to have really strict region codes and all. And things like PAL vs. NTSC for any video equipment.

    That's true but videos and DVDs aren't audio CDs.

    I thought it would be like dvds were they only play regions 1,2 etc.
