403 forbidden but why

been on this site a few times http://www.bloodshows.com/ but today when i tried to access it all i got was this 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. What the story Forbidden by who and why?

Website is probably broke. The forbidden message might be because your browser is trying to view the contents of the site because there is no index.html etc file to load and the server forbids that action.

Whatever the reason, just wait till its working again.
