    Hi

Have a Dell laptop running Vista - it ke[t freezing and was constantly having to be turned off and on again - the D (recovery drive) wa almost full and that memory warning would flash up all the time.

After much Internet surfing I could not find a solution. Tried shrinking C and expanding D- wouldn't let me. Tried moving the back up files - computer kept running aCHKDSK at start up and was still freeezing.

Finally I ran a factory restore - D drive is still full but thefreezing issue seems to have gone.

I assume the freezing issue had nothing to do with the D drive memory issue but surely it can't be right to have your ack up drive so full after a full restore?

Anyne else have this issue and is there a simple solution?

    Thanks
