    Basically who pays the charges for the following transactions with moneybookers?

    lodge to moneybookers with credit card.
    deposit and withdraw to and from bookmakers.

    any advice regarding security token?

    good or bad experiences with moneybookers?

    Lodging is free from LASER or bank transfer but 1.9% from other cards.

    Bookmakers pay for all deposits and withdrawals with them.

    All good experiences, unlike Paypal!
