Girl I REALLY like; I need advice

    Ok, well i dont know if this is the right forum to post this in because i only joined today but this seems like the best one.

    So i've known this girl for 2 or 3 years now and in the last 6 months I realised that I really really like her and i have no idea if she likes me. I go to her school and shes the same age as me but i've never worked up the courage to talk to her normally.

    So i need advice - from guys and girls. I really want to be with this girl or even at the very least be friends with her. I have her facebook profile if anyone wants to know who she is but im not sure if im allowed to give it out on these forums. What should i do?:confused:

    I know, thats what i was thinking :rolleyes: But if someone looked at her profile they could figure out what sorta person she is and thst would help with advice for me

    You're the only one who can know what this girl is like and whether ye are suited. Just go talk to her, take it as it comes and don't be anxious about whether she could be a girlfriend or not - if you make a new friend then cool - and if it becomes more then great!     Hi, you say that you go to the same school as her so first off i'd try to find out if she's single or not.

    Nothing worse for a guy to be taking a shine to a girl, possibly going to ask her out and then find out she's already with someone.

    Just a side issue...how have you 'known' this girl if you haven't talked to her in two years? You probably mean you know of her.

    When i said i know her i mean i know who she is, who her friends are etc. and i know that she is single. I have talked to her but not like as a friend or anything

    wait wait wait...

    have you spoken to her at all and got a sense that she finds you attractive to any degree?

    If not, I'm sorry, but just forget about it.

    There's other means by which you could approach the initiation of a relationship with her, but pretty much all of them start with yourself, if you understand what I mean.
