Wiggle returns - any problems?

I emailed wiggle (sales) twice in the past week asking for advice on returning a faulty DHB cyclcing jacket which I bought my wife for Xmas (zip comes apart). I haven't received any reply or acknowledgment of my emails - wiggle mention that if a reply isn't received, the message has probably being thrashed as spam. I don't buy this as I sent the emails in plain text with the order number in the subject field. Anyone else having problems with wiggle on returns?

None. I sent back a dhb jacket for a different size. Go through the process by logging in to your account, access the order and click through to return it. It gives you all the details. You get a refund when they receive the item back and you then place a new order as necessary

I've had some disagreements with them, but they've always responded. Did you follow the returns process as suggested by ashleey, or just send them some emails?

Thanks I tried this originally as i couldn't remember either the date or best description of the jersey. Oddly, I the items were displayed but not the option to return. I sent two emails without success. This evenign however, when I logged into my account and lo and behold the option to return the items did appear. Strange.

I bought a box of gels last year and 3 or 4 were burst. I emailed them that maybe they should rethink their packaging but truthfully hoping for the best!! They emailed immediately asking would I mind accepting another box FOC. Needless to say they got a great review but it's also the reason I tend to do most of my online shopping at Wiggle. I can't recommend tham highly enough.

I'd follow the above. Access your account and do it that way so it doesn't go through as spam

Not sure it helps at all, but I've had good experiences any time I've had to contact Wiggle about a delivery. I've had a few deliveries in recent months with various problems and they've been very good at responding and sorting things out. I've not had an issue with a product during use later, so I haven't had to deal with your kind of scenario, but my experiences with them give good cause to be optimistic that your issue will be sorted too.

same as that, I had a problem with a shifter, I sent it back and they replaced it with a new one. all costs covered. Very helpful on email.

Have returned stuff several times to Wiggle, normally because the sizing was off.

Never any hassle returning anything, and never sent any emails to them, just opened my order history, selected the item, clicked return item and followed the instructions, which is just print a form and post it back.

Never a bit of hassle from them thankfully!
