Just joined this site and trawling through so I hope this reply is not too late.

Without more details. I assume you are looking for completed Business Plans that give you an idea about how they are structured. If you want free templates that are RoI based, try this site: http://www.bizstartup.ie/resource-centre/category/4-software/item/44-sage-planning-for-business//item/29-wordpress/.

Also while these are UK based examples, again they are a useful starting point: http://www.bplans.co.uk/sample_business_plans.cfm.

A quick tip. While many of these templates sites are really good places to start, a Business Plan needs to be specifically written for the business, by the business and with the reader in mind - mainly Banks. Then ideally reviewed for final changes by someone who knows what the Banks are looking for in a Plan.

    Steve,

I assume you mean the BizStartup, Sage Software? I had never tried to download it as I use another Package (a paying version). Anyway to test it I have just downloaded it successfully. I note that one of the codes is an 'I' but looks like No 1. Otherwise I am not sure what the problem is with your download.

Hey Tony can you post the activation code you got? The one that the website says to use is, SHIBPFB (serial number) GLYSJSB (activation code)

As well as thinking of your business plan, you should be thinking in the way of your business model. Don't get too bogged down with sales projections etc - a representation of business expansion and growth can have a lot of value too, especially in tough times.

    Steve,

Those codes are the same as mine and worked for me so not sure what the problem is?

Cianos - I agree the Business Model is v important because that feeds into and puts structure on the business and the Business Plan. I believe it will typically find its way into the Executive Summary.
