i'm really sorry if there's already a sticky/thread for this, i couldn't find one, although i'm sure there is. :/

tomorrow is saturday and i REALLY want to go to the doctor. i've never seen a doctor in maynooth so far, and obviously i have no idea where to go. the medical centre isn't open on saturdays... are there any GPs which would be free to students/discounted to students, or even any who have Saturday hours?

if not, i will totally pay in full, it's just that cash is a bit short and i feel absolutely rotten.

    anywhere cheap/open Sat?

sorry again if this doesn't deserve its own thread! :(

Not sure if there's a GP open,
You might have to try k-Doc. If your on Campus maybe ask the RAs which doctor to call.

    Hope you feel better soon

Just saw this now so it may be too late, but for future reference Primacare in the Manor Mills s.c is free for all NUIM students. They're open Saturday, although I'm not sure of their opening hours.
I went there this week for the first time and found the doctor great. I just walked in too without needing to book an appointment. Would def recommend them.

It's only free within certain hours for students. I went there about 2 weeks ago and was offered a €20 consultation for right then, or a free appointment the following morning. They also charge €10 if you require a med cert. That said, I'd also recommend them too.

Dr. Gaffneys surgery in the Glen Royal SC (near Supervalu) opens on Saturday mornings and also has an on call service.
