Penalty points offences

    I was just having a look at the RSA website, and I noticed what I thought was a staggering statistic. Almost 1/3 driving offences committed in the state were by people with no licence(or maybe poeple with only foreign licences)

    Surely I've read this wrong??

    I suppose it must be driviers with foreign licences.
    Why do you find it so staggering?

    shure if your already driving without a licence whats a few more offences, cant get points without a licence :D
