    Anybody know where I could pick up some 1/4" tape reels in Dublin?Preferably optimized for multitrack recording..

    Multi 1/4 inch?! 2 inch all the way :D dont know in Dub would be just as quick to ebay it or goto studio spares or somewhere....

    Cheers PMI.I have a Fostex 8 track that takes 1/4" and hoping to use it for some lo fi recordings,works a treat for it but it ain't no Studer!
    Would prefer not to buy tape via ebay again.Bought a new 7" spool to try,sounded good,decided to buy bulk from the same buyer and not 1 of the 10 spools were useable,may as well have recorded with cellotape there were that bad.:confused:
