Data disabled PAYG sim from Vodafone???

Hi all, Is it possible to turn off data on a Vodafone PAYG sim? I don't want my son aged 9 to have unfettered web access via his phone. There doesn't appear to be a data off option on his phone and even if there was I'm sure he'd find a way to turn it back on again so I 'd like his PAYG sim to be voice and text only.…

Hi all,

Is it possible to turn off data on a Vodafone PAYG sim?

I don't want my son aged 9 to have unfettered web access via his phone. There doesn't appear to be a data off option on his phone and even if there was I'm sure he'd find a way to turn it back on again so I 'd like his PAYG sim to be voice and text only.

Captain, you're the man. I just went into his phone settings and deleted his APN's so that'll do the trick. If he figures out how to fix the problem he'll be old enough to surf the web un supervised!!
