bethrifty.ie problem

    Hi all,

    I regularly use bethrifty.ie to get some cash back on things I buy online.
    I always have some cash back pending as it takes a while for them to confirm transactions etc.

    At the start of this month, I received an email telling me that a confirmed payment had been made to my bank account however the payment was never received into my bank account.

    I have emailed them several times since but I get no reply.
    Has anyone received a payment or been in contact with them recently?

    At this stage I am beginning to wonder if they are still operating.

    I had some purchases trackd in th4 last week against my account

    But like the OP i hvae never received any replies to e-mails that i have sent them
    (waiting for tracked cashback from air france since july now)

    I've been having trouble with bethrifty for quite some time now. No correspondance because the guy who runs it just refuses to get in touch. I've contacted the national consumer agency who won't do anything because they dont care about individual complaints so implore more people to get in touch, its a lo call number: 1890 432 432
    Oh I also registered a letter to bethrifty but it bounced back to me because the address on the webiste is not correct. The company is registered under a different address according to the companies registration office. All sounds suspicious to me.
