Benny Cooney, Westmeath or Dublin?

Just got back form doing my civic duty. I'm in Dublin Central but one of the candidates, Benny Cooney, was listed on the ballot paper as having an address in Athlone Co. Westmeath :confused: Needless to say, I didn't go near him as, "What have the culchies ever done for us?" I'm sure plenty of other people will skip him…
