Anyone any experience of long delay at the moment in correspondence? I have it logged on PAYE online that they received my letter on 3/2/11 yet yet reply or changes made, 3 weeks seems a bit long to me, even now.

Don't really want to use that stupid phone service in the office so thought I'd check if anyone else have long delay before ringing them once home.

Just after getting off the phone service and the waiting time they say on correspondance is 2-3 weeks. So, I would give them 4 and if hear nothing use the phone service.

If your claim relates to 2010 , there is good reason for delay , as many P35's have only been filed in the last week or so .

This is important for the tax office to see the full picture before issuing refunds .
