Can anyone shed any light on how much George Hook and Eamon Dunphy get paid by Newstalk?
And how much do they get paid for their television work for RTE covering rugby and football respectively?
Their radio audiences are minute compared with RTE radio.
Just wondered what they are getting paid?

In 2008 Dunphy was getting 328,000 from RTE, there would have been some cuts since then. Hook isn't in the top 10 RTE earners so his salary wouldn't have been published.

The Daily Mail claimed Dunphy was getting 100,000 from Newstalk when the show first started, but I think they said like he is believed to be getting..etc, so how true that was I don't Know.

I wonder about Hook. Probably getting about €100k from Newstalk for his radio show.
And possible another €100l for his RTE TV rugby job.

Don't think so. Newstalk don't pay very well.
