I know The Boardwalk and up near Christchurch are bad in the City centre.

Maybe its normal, i'm new to living in the Big Smoke! but it was like
a scene from "Dawn of the Dead". Keep the doors locked and keep driving!

Any more dodgy area's in Dublin?

The area around Kildare street near the national museum is desperate, a den of thieves. They're squatting in the large building there, but thankfully I believe they're being removed tomorrow.
