Hi,My wife works 22.5 hrs a week and has done so for the past five years plus.It is done over a stated three days.The company have these consultations every so often in relation to changing their workers working day and hours,But she has never changed.Now,They have put forward new contracts and none of them suit.Her original hrs are now going down to 20hr over five days.They say she is not entitled to any compensation in relation to her loss of 2.5 hrs per week.This is a British company who go by their own rules and not that of the Irish Laws.
