Hi, just wondering if there is any way a priest would conduct a marriage blessing if we don't have the civil part done? We're trying to arrange to have a blessing done to coincide with family been back in the country, however it's within 3 months, which I know you need to give for the Register of Marriages place. I'm trying to get in touch with local priest to discuss it, but haven't been able to get hold of him yet to ask and would like to get some background info before I do speak with him. Many thanks.

You can still do the civil part with less then 3 months to go, just contact the registrar and they can talk you through it, sorry not sure on the religious end of it though!
