It must be the warmest/sunniest day of the year so far.

Couldn't resist myself with blue skies beckoning me out.

Managed to sneak a run in at lunch along Sandymount and through Irishtown nature reserve. Stunning day and was sweating buckets. I'm already excited at the prospect of a whole summer of running.

I ran this morning and sweated buckets. I'm not looking forward to a warm summer running-wise!

I ran into work this morning in the get-up I’ve been sporting all winter – running tights, a long sleeved top with a vest top underneath and I nearly melted!!

It was so nice and bright out though – I’m a big fan of the extended daylight hours.:D I definitely suffer from seasonal affective disorder!

Headed out for a run up to Three Rock and Fairy Castle this afternoon. No other runners or bikers around, just quiet and a beautiful view of the bay.:)

got one in on the way home from work. I love having a fully prepared kit bag in the boot for those spur of the moment runs. I work somewhere different every day so love just pulling in and having a run.
Ran along the railway walk near tinahealy.

Out of the sack at 5.15am, 12km in before work (at desk for 7am) on a very mild warm morning.
    Spring is truly here

Definitely one of those days where you feel it's good to be alive.. After that harsh winter we deserve Spring days like today! Fingers crossed it lasts, it's so much nicer running in shorts.

Went for a 5km run at lunch time and managed to run my fast 5km time of the year. I normally hate running in the sun but it felt great today :-D

Put 5km on the clock yesterday evening around 4.30 - 5.00pm. It was a lovely sunny evening and I wore shorts for the first time ever. I felt like it would be too warm for a jacket and tights, so a long see t-shirt and shorts were perfect.

Doesn't look so nice outside at the moment though!
