Just seen this on Facebook I presume its just a new name for liquid ?

Its right beside the ardboyne was a dive of a place expensive in and full of all the scumbags that coundnt get into any other club

I think you missed my point

I went here every weekend for a couple of years back in the late 90s. Was decent enough in its day. It was called Oisíns.

Taboo was opened ages ago called INK. Work was going on there a while ago but from what I was told no plans for it to reopened under the current owners that is not to say that someone could rent it out?

Alas, I remember when it was called the Hippodrome - and was best avoided too! "The place" at the time was Club 21 at Beechmount hotel!

Oh God maybe it was, before it became Club 21! But the Ardboyne's night club did have a fancy name... if only I could remember it.....

jesus thats going back that place burnt down in the early 1990s didnt it

It was just demolished in the early Millenium. The Solar had taken over as being THE place in Navan. AFAIR, it was bought by a developer and there was big plans for that area - now seems permanently surrounded by wooden hoardings!

i know the ardboyne is a little room but summer 06 in liquid was FANTASTIC,only bad thing was the knackers hanging around after,and then through 07 liquid became ****,but used to be great spot for bringin women,ya cud go down to the car park and fingerbang them

rubys is just gonna be the same auld ardboyne niteclub with the same type of crowd goin,its not worth the taxi fare out with solar and palace only a stones throw
